I made a recent order with these people because I saw a promotional popup that stated apparently free knife(BIG picture of a knife) with first order if a new user. It said on this picture “Free with your first order!” from what I saw. So, I make an order of about $40 and apply the code for what I think isna free knife. Next I get an email confirmation that lists my order..but where is the knife in the giant picture from the promotional??? I email them and ask if the code was applied correctly. A woman emails me back that “Yes, your coupon code for free shipping was pplied correctly.” …L O L … I’m confused so I email back(she closed the “case”) asking about the free knife that I know I saw because it was in a huge picture with “Free with your first order!”. He …woman… emails me back calls me a liar in so many words and that I was seeing things because “it was clearly marked in BIG LETTERS FREE SHIPPING.” Typed just like that by her. I sent an email back ..but they shipped my order this witch kept closing the case on an order they knew I was talking to support about and am now extremely displeased at this asinine arrogant rude people thst apparently put things in fine print that they say are in “BIG LETTERS” on a gigantic picture of a knife…ok.. MAYBE i missed it but it d**n sure wasn’t in “BIG LETTERS” if it actually was there at all..you see I tried to get that popup again but they’ve taken it down apparently. These peoplr are scum. If you deal with them you will regret it sooner or later. For me it was immediate. Budk is a company where the customer is always WRONG…and they can go to they abyss.
