Budget Direct Review

Our family has just received the worse Christmas news from budget direct car insurance today. Our claim for a minor car accident was rejected today. For 6 years we have been paying premiums. The policy was rejected because of non disclosure of a incident that happened 3 years ago that my wife forget to put on the renewal notice. The policy is under my wifes name not mine, the incident that did not involve drinking or crash or anything like that. Two weeks ago I had my first every minor accident, and I mean minor. I called budget, they asked about my driving history and I was completely open with them, not knowing that they didn’t know already. I mean why would I hide it and then disclose it once I make a claim? Then the claims person starts asking me all these question in relation who drives the car more, the policy has my wife, but if that’s changed they will knock back my claim or increase my premium. The business model for budget direct is charge small premiums but make their money back in knocking back claims or increasing their premiums. PLEASE IF YOU”RE A HARD WORKING FAMILY, DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE MADE. I am confident in time to come Budget Direct will be investigated for fraud. Regards, Joseph

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on Beware.org, it is strongly advised to avoid Budget Direct Review in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Budget Direct Review. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Budget Direct Review is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
