We had water dripping from an overflow pipe, due to condensation in the Airconditioning unit in the attic. | We reported this on Thursday but no one could come out till Monday. We accepted this. | Technician came out on Monday cleaned the blockage and we paid him the deductible. Just before he left, my wife told him of extra noise from the Attic. He brushed off by by saying it was the motor and is quite common. | The same evening the airconditioning stopped working – this was the hottest part of August but their office closes at 5, so we called at 8 am on Tuesday morning – they said no one could come out till Thursday. | We told them it was an emergency but they said they could not come out till Thursday. | Same technician came out cursing, saying he had better thigs to do – Not very professional. He then diagnosed that the compressor was faulty and he was about to leave, when I asked when they were going to fix it – he just said the office would call the next day !! | Nobody called next day – so I called them – after sdome time the Manager spoke with me and said compressor needs to be changed, as well as other parts which were not covered by Warranty – wanted an extra $905 – I was desperate so agreed. | BUT they could not send anyone out till the following Thursday – that is 11 days without airconditioning. Fortunately we do not have children and my wife and I stayed in a Hotel for one night and stayed out with friends other nights. | They then call at 2pm on Thursday, just when we were expecting a call to say technician is on his way BUT NO – technician had medical emergency and so cannot come out today. | This practise is totally unacceptable – we take out a warranty to be covered for unforeseen breakdown – they do charge for call out, then furthermore state certain things are not covered, so in desperation you pay BUT yet they do not provide service in timely manner. | Going to report this to BBB as well.
