On June 5, 2018, a “Blood Pressure Smart Watch” was purchased via the internet, from BroBroGadgets. The item was paid for with a credit card in the amount of $77.97. | Upon receiving the item, it did not work. BroBroGadgets was contacted via email on or about July 4, 2018. They stated to return the item to the address on the package and receive a tracking number. | The item was sent to the address on the package on July 19, 2018. An email with the USPS number was sent to brobrogadgets immediately after the package was sent. The package cost $15.74 to send back. | Follow up calls and emails were sent with no response. | An additional letter with information as noted above, was sent via USPS on November 17, 2018, at a cost of $2.00. As of this date, December 4, 2018, I have had no response, on the 95.71 due me.
