British Airways – Bogus insurance charge

I booked a flight on British Airways for my daughter, directly with at their website. During the booking process I was offered travel insurance which I declined. 2 days after the booking was complete, I received an email informing me tht my travel insurance was confirmed and that my card had been chrged $15 for it. I called to get this reversed and was met with a runaround but no refund. I will not be doing business with them again
