Complaint: Worst customer service ever. I ordered a product from Boardwalkbuy.com on 11/30 and was given a confirmationn of shipment, no tracking number. I followed up weekly, as the item was to be used for a Christmas party at the end of December. After weeks of following up, and finally asking for a refund and cancellation, i was told that the item was on backorder and would be delivered after Christmas. I said that was unacceptable, and i have yet to receive a response to any of my requests to them through their website.
