he says i owe for a loan i did not take out

My Complaint: he says I took a payday loan out in 2008 on a bank account I closed in 2007. He is suppose to bring court papers to me, I looked them up on better business bureau and they are harassing a lot of people. they are calling my parents and my wife also.

My Demand: i want calls to end
