We started using Blue Pay on October 21, 2015. We processed sales for approximatley 2 1/2 weeks. The week of Veterans Day we noticed that we were not getting our deposits from Blue Pay. We contacted the company and were transferred to a George Jackson who assured us it was just because of he holiday that everything was running behind to go ahead and keep using the service. At that point we didn’t think anything of it because of the holiday. The next 2 days were met with the same, No money deposited to our account. We again contacted Blue Pay and again were transferred to George Jackson. Now Mr. Jackson has a completely different story. Now he tells us that they are holding over $6000.00 of our money “in case we have chargebacks” That they were reviewing our account. Why wouldn’t you do that Before giving an account to someone? We have no chargebacks at this point but they claim they will not release our money in case we do. What kind of garbage is that? We are a small business and this company is going to put us out of business. We have tried numerous times to even get them to release some of our money but they refuse! When we finally told them we were going to report them George Jacksons response was ” Do what you have to do” I would steer far away from this company. I read other complaints where they have done the same thing to other companies. Maybe this is how they stay in business, by ripping off other businesses!!! George Jackson is nothing but a LIAR and Double Talker..
