I needed this ink to keep my printers working and thereby keep my business running. Paid for ink to be sent overnight. They say UPS lost my package and bluedogink would not send replacement ink until the investigation was complete which was expected to be almost a week after I was supposed to receive my ink. In spite of having been a long-standing customer and spent almost $25,000 in ink purchases they state ‘sorry, that’s our policy’. Meanwhile my business is at a standstill while they try to figure out what happened to my ink rather than just sending replacement ink as I pleaded with them too. The owner Justin Omanoff knows nothing about taking care of loyal customers or real customer service.
