Blom Bank Sin El fil STOLE My refund money and kept ignoring my requests. Be careful dont trust them with your money. | Very bad service. RUDE Staff. I called about a refund that was sent to me to my closed debit card. The women on the phone was very rude and gave me a wrong email. Even after emailing them to the correct email Sin El fil branch refused to help and didn’t answer my emails. THE REFUND IS 25$ and they acted as if it’s a small amount and not important. IF THEY CANT BE TRUSTED with 25$ How can you trust them with your savings. I invite the management to investigate the action of sin El fil branch if they even care about retaining there customers. SHAME ON BLOM BANK | Edit: they recently started flagging my review on google so they dont show up. If a Bank is using such practices becareful dont trust them with your hard earned money! | You’ve been warned
