Paying security deposit on a loan that they never

My Complaint: I sent this company a 400$ security deposit on a loan I was supposed to receive and never did. they have been telling me my deposit is on its was back to me through mail coming up on a month no deposit and they wont answer from any number I call from.

My Demand: I just really need the money back
