I was looking through my last credit card statement and found charge from a place called Bill Verify. There was no information on the statement as to what they do, or how to get in touch with them. | So, I got to their site and all it contained was a refund request form along with a statement that says If you have reached this site, then you have purchesed a product or purchase from us. | Below that there is a link to customer support which does not work. Customer Support is supposed to be at [email protected] I was not directed to Customer Service. | I’ve sent an email to that address, no response so far. But no message that the email can’t be delivered either. I’ll be happy to keep you posted. | PS I can’t answer your questions below. There was a credit card transaction, but it was not authorized.
