I submitted request for quotations through Bikudo. I placed orders with two different companies. I did not receive any products from one. The other sent me 10% defective products. I lost a total of $1000. When I contacted Bikudo, they basically told me to contact the authorities in Turkey. I was not pleased with their response. Bikudo should refund lost funds.
