Reminder: Reviews on the internet can be valid and true. is an example, which I decided to ignore because I figured people were just being salty over bicycle jerseys that were a size or two too small. I, like so many on the internet, have fallen for the scam that Doug Duguay has presented as an eCommerce bicycle clothing company, which doesn’t appear to be that way. | I attempted to buy a few bike jerseys at a decent price (though it was not a steal by any stretch) from because they were fun patterns and unique compared to what I usually see on the road. I placed my order and eagerly waited the 8 business days the shipping claimed it would take. We are well over the presented timeline for the purchase, so I did some investigating and was disappointed over my findings. | First the listed address for is a PO Box and not a physical location. According to the store front, they see packages and mail pile up for without anyone retrieving it. Second the claim their customer service is “legendary” though I have not been able to contact them via email or phone over the past month of trying. I have emailed twice and called nearly ten times. Lastly, many others across the internet have failed to receive their products and complained about this company. My conclusion is that it’s a scam. | It looks like back in 2007 they may have been doing what they claimed, as I do see quite a few positive reviews from that time frame and they even opened a store front on the corner of Water St and Taylor St in downtown Portland. Doug may have been an ethical business owner at one point but that seems to be in the past. His LinkedIn profile claims he’s an “experienced eCommerce manager” but the only experience I see is screwing his potential clients over. | Do your own research and draw your own conclusions, but I for one think this schmuck needs to be put in place and his company website needs to be shut down, as it’s willing to take your money but a product will never be sent in return. I will be doing some research into how to get the BBB to take real action and see if Google has a way to remove their website from web searches. | Be safe, be smart, and avoid like the plague. |

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on, it is strongly advised to avoid Review in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Review. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones. Review is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
