I purchased the vacation package in late June (30) 2017, I was informed that I would be able to take my vacation 45 days after purchasing. I asked the representative will the Dominican Republic be available in mid August (18), she stated yes. The representative stated that peak season is anything around the holidays. They stated that I should get a conformation email with the reservation information within 24 hrs. That didn’t happen it took 4-5 days, so that was wrong too once I final received my email conformation (week later) August is an peak month as well. But it’s an additional $250 but none of my desired destination were available until late November. This isn’t what I was informed of by the representative. No destination that I desire is available, no Costa Rica, Dominican Republic or Jamaica. I requested an immediate full Refund per my conformation which it stated that 30 money back guarantee. They don’t return email and when you final reach someone they are rude about the refund. I was stated by the rep. that refund would be issued in 72 hrs. That was wrong once I waited a week they informed me it would take 7-14 days. WOW …. Don’t uses place. And good luck talking to someone.
