BestCruiseGetaway.com

Offered a free cruise and just wanted me to pay the port tax fee for two people (up to 4)

My Complaint: They sent me a text and I did call them. The number to call and claim was 754-227-1122. The Code was CMP9. They said that I could only call once, but you can see if it will work again. They offered me two days in the Caribbean to the Bahamas but I would have to pay the government port tax fee or something of $59 per person (2 people and could bring up to 4). I asked if I could pay it later and they said no, it was only offered that day. I asked them for an email to verify. I asked to call another person and when I went to call, they hung up.

My Demand: They wanted a port tax fee up front before they would send the tickets in the mail

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on Beware.org, it is strongly advised to avoid BestCruiseGetaway.com in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from BestCruiseGetaway.com. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
BestCruiseGetaway.com is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
