Complaint: Back in August of 2014 I purchased a vacuum through an Amazon store called Best Vacuum Deals. When my shipment arrived I actually recieved 2 vacuums and was charged twice. I contacted the company Via email and was sent a Return shipping label. I promtly returned the vacuum. After recieving no refund I contacted Amazon and lets say they we’re less than helpful. At this point I reversed the charges on my credit card, which the company disputed and the charges we’re placed back on my card. Since this time I have made multipl attempts to get assistance from Amazon with no results. I have contacted best vacuum deals and recieved no response. To date I have paid $900 for a vacuum that was $435.
