On Dec 15 I ordered 5 tickets to La Nuba. They sent an email ackonwledging the order and said the tickets would come by email in the next 48 hours. Five days later and no email. So I called them, but after 60 minutes, no one ever picked up the phone. Just a message over and over “Please note, due to heavy call volume, we are experiencing heavier that normal call volume. ” This message or a similar one just plays over and over. No one ever picks up. | This is the last month La Nuba plays in Orlando, so the tickets may not be replaceable. They cost me over $400 and the business is so irresponsible, they don’t even have enough people to handle their christmas business. | I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card and will not get to see the show. | Don’t use this business.
