BeOnAir Review

I am a graduate of the Ohio Center for Broadcasting in Cincinnati like that means anything. There are 7 of these fake schools across the country. The school is now called Ohio Media School. Schools like this change their names all of the time to stay one step ahead of the public. I was promised placement assistance and all I got was a couple of pep talks from some old dude who didn’t even have an office at my school. I probably spoke to him 3 times in my life. The instructors are underpaid and have bad attitudes. Their main job is to keep students awake and make sure the female students get ahead. The girls always got extra help and many instructors are sleeping with students. They promise they will help you get internships and do NOTHING! The staff is overworked and underpaid because the owner is supposedly a cheap ******* so I guess you get what you pay for. The head of the school talks about female students in very degrading ways, is never there and he was NO help to me when I tried to re-enroll in the revised program to make more contacts. The guy in charge of the teachers seemed to be doing his best and helped me out as much as he could but was always fighting up hill battles and he didn’t let me re-enroll either. I wasted $13,000 and now have student loan debt almost that much that I didn’t even know I took out because the Financial Aid and the Admissions people I met when I enrolled lied to me over and over. I never got the refund money I was promised and when I called to get a copy of my transcript they wanted to charge me $20!!!! Even though the students pay a lot to go to the school it is a dump in one of the worst neighborhoods in Cincinnati. The computers are outdated and use bootlegged software, the building has mold and it’s always too cold or too hot. I am still working in fast food like I was before I attended because every place I went to in radio or TV to get a job just laughed at me when I said I graduated from OCB. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCHOOL!!!!!

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from BeOnAir Review. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
BeOnAir Review is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
