Complaint: On Wed Aug 2nd. We went out to eat at Benihana. The cooked give some of us undercooked food. Some of the others in the party over cooked food. We told them but them did not care. When the bill came we payed. Because we were told we had too in order to get a refund. I did not get a refund. So I e-mail the company. Steve Takenaka TLC of Customer Relations Manager. E-mail me back. Told me that he would help me. Well he did not he told me Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately, I have to inform you that we are unable to refund your dining bill. We usually offer a certificate but it seems not to work on your feedback. We, however, appreciate if you give us another chance to serve you and let me know your experience again. Just for your information, Benihana Miami Beach has been closed for renovation until further notice. You may try our Miramar, or Coral Gables location whish is scheduled to be open shortly. We truly value your patronage, and look forward to seeing you soon.
