Bell, Jonathan D Bell, and poorly managed by Kristina Leitzman fail to disclose to potential renters before hand that there is a shortage of parking, and that can be unsafe for many renters like senior citizens, single family moms with kids, or even anyone, …that they have to park their cars very, very far from their homes and walk in the dark when the coyotes hunt for food, and we all know all the bad guys come out in the dark from rape, to car theft..etc | In about the 4 months I lived their, there have been many times I had to park my car in the Colorado Dog Park across the street and risk my life walking at dark when the coyote hunt for food according to government warning sign to get to my unit because the complex has shortage of parking space.
