I had been following this young indie businesswoman for awhile & had been wanting to purchase some of her products. I finally saw a gorgeous product in the summer & placed my order, along with a custom order as well, so 2 products. One was a pre-order and was made prior to the custom order. It took her about a week to reply to emails, which I was very patient with/about since I assume she had many other orders, a shop update/temporary closure. | As it began to near 2 months, I finally recieved my package. Except that there was only one product arrived, the custom. The pre-order was missing. So I sent an email regarding this issue, and then reached out on social media to give this woman a heads up about my email. She replied rather quickly with an “oh no! what’s the email?” So I gave her my email address and the name of the missing product. I didn’t hear anything back until a week later. She responded on social media, asking me if I had received the package. Mind you, I never recieved a reply to my email that was sent to her business email address. I never recieved a confirmation for any package through her or my USPS informed delivery account. I replied “no, was I supposed to recieve it?” Then nothing. | I then saw a post (still on her social media) stating that she was mailing out orders that day. I then messaged her again asking if my order would be included in the bundle she was mailing out, she replied yes. ANOTHER week later, still nothing. No email confirmation, no USPS update, nothing from her. I mentioned this, and asked her if I would ever get my missing order or my money. She replied “what a mess!” And then gave me a choice of refund or another chance to “re-send” the package. I had suspicions something was going on & she wasn’t telling me, helping me, or offering any kind of help or solutions. | Finally I messaged her again telling her that this was all ridiculous, how disappointed I was by this whole ordeal, how I don’t feel comfortable purchasing from her again, and how I NEVER received an explanation or apology. Had she done one or both of those things, I probably would’ve been more forgiving/understanding, something to let me know that she cared and possibly made a simple human error. LOL No, she just responded with a “I’m trying my best.” After everything that had been said back & forth, she still couldn’t offer an apology?! I waited a few days before responding if she was going to give me my order or my money; she proceeded to give me a tracking number. A week later, I finally receieved the pre-ordered product, about two & a half months after purchase. Seeing the product confirmed what I had suspected; she ran out of the pre-ordered product. | What I got from her, was not at all the item I initially purchased. I went through this whole thing, because she didn’t make enough, or didn’t catch my order and didn’t have the spine to explain this & apologize HER error. I immediately unfollowed her on all social media accounts. I will not & cannot support someone that clearly has NO customer service skills, withholds some orders & ships others (randomly?), clearly needs some assistants/employees, understand the concept of “supply/deman”, and/or cut back on her services & goods. Sidenote: I found some reviews from other customers that have had similar issues to mine. Not sure if she controls her reviews/feedback, or people just don’t report the problems. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. BUYER BEWARE!
