Buyer beware!!! Batterycentury.com ships the wrong part and then gives you the runaround. I ordered a laptop CPU fan and received a fan that was a full 1 inch in diameter smaller, had a cable length that was too short, had different mounts, and had a form that was totally different than the correct fan. After informing them of this problem, they asked for pictures of the fan I received and of the correct fan. After sending a picture of the fan I received and of the correct fan found another web site, they responded that I should take the fan I received and install it to the heatsink, even though I had made it clear that the fan couldn’t fit into the heatsink. After this, I didn’t hear from them again. If you try to contact them, you will find they don’t publish a phone number, a mailing address, or an email address on their website. The only way to contact them is to use the live support chat on their website and ask the operator for the email address, which happens to be a gmail email address. The live support feature is a contracted service where the operator just takes information and is there to create the impression that batterycentury.com is a legitimate business. This so-called business is a ripoff. You have been warned!!
