On Tuesday December 15th my daughter wanted to eat at her favorite restaurant on east side. We went there at approximately 5 pm . It was not crowded. We ordered our normal order. I ordered a Vegan and preceded through the line. I had a card that needed one more punch to be filled. My daughter wss behind me. She ordered the normal burrito..a California(which comes with no meat but avacodo) the manager jewell asked her if she wanted cheese my daughter said yes and then she moved on my daughter pointed out to her that the avacodo came with it and the manager started. Making a big deal about the cheese and telling her she needed to choose a meat because the California did not come with cheese.. she told the clerk to ring it up as something else and charge us for the avacodo..I told the clerk I felt that wrong and he said I am not going to disagree with my manager…I have tried six times for corporation straighten out this wrong doing and they will not..this manager was incompetent because she not realize what the customer had ordered, she was disgusting and she was unethical. They are standing behind their manager even though this was 100% an incompetent cycling on her part. I have purchased more than 100 burritos (from various stores) since this store has been opened and have had a problem a few years ago that was pretty close to this. When they change management staff the people they hire cheat customers.
