Driving Record Scam

My Complaint: I went to backgroundchecks.com To purchase a driving record when I filled out the information it told me my credit card was invalid. When I processed the payment again, it gave me the same message. I went to my bank statement they withdrew $100.00 from my account!

My Demand: take them down! they are stealing peoples money
