Complaint: For years I have used free avast security, seemed very good to me. I order pc clearner from them last year, not free, had problems but didnt really think about it when a pop up with my renewal to free avast came up. I ordered avast safe zone for $19.99 to upgrade from free. Days later I tried to scan my computer but I cant figure out how to use it. Bottom line is you cant find a phone number for them and if you do its customer service hell! You cant understand them! I was hung up on twice, transfered once and put on hold for my last attempt. They did tell me before hanging up on me that it would cost me more money for them to fix the problem. I have been trying to get my money back with you luck yet. Going through my bank now.
