Complaint: I purchased this program on 1/16/14. At the time I bought it, Avanset was offering life time updates to the software so I figured sure, since I use it all the time, I’ll buy it. Now it hasn’t even been a year and I received this email below from their customer service. “Dear Avanset Customer

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on Beware.org, it is strongly advised to avoid Avanset Massachusetts in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Avanset Massachusetts. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
