Autotask Corporation Houston Texas

Complaint: We are a managed IT company who provide IT services to companies for the past 13 years. After several months of meticulous phone calls from one of the sales guys from Sales department for Autotask, our company was able to schedule an actual conference so that they could tell us more about their product. keep in mind, we’ve been using another competing product from LogicNow. We informed the sales guy, who was more interested in selling a product, versus actually listening to our concerns, that our existing product, called Maxfocus, met all of our needs, and that the only thing that allow us even consider their software was better pricing. We even granted the sales guy remote access into one of our workstations, and showed him EVERYTHING that mattered to our company, and stressed the significance of being able to maintain ALL of the features of our system tray icon! The sales guy said, “we can definitely provide you with the same branded icon with all of those feature and more””. He was convinced Autotask’s software had the features Maxfocus’s software had. He even promised other things
