AutoNation Ford Margate Review

This is what technicians at AutoNation Ford Margate talk about and do to your vehicle when you bring it in for ONLY a diagnostic test; in which the diagnostic test relies on a computer system that links to the vehicle’s computer processor, sensors, and microchips, logging any problems or issues present. It can reveal existing flaws including problems with the exhaust, transmission, oil tank and other systems. This is only a portion of what my camera caught. These guys drove my vehicle around for 5 miles talking about nonsense (prostitution, “whores” and more), wasting gas, mileage, time and damaging my shocks as they sped through several speed bumps. When I was phoned about my vehicle being ready, I was also told they couldn’t figure out the issue. Supposedly the diagnostic test should show results. According to the dashcam footage, not once did they do the actual diagnostic test. Not only did I waste my time going to this place for this shitty service, but I also wasted $40 on Uber to get to work and back since they did not want to provide me with the shuttle service. Never will I ever trust these guys. Everything was caught on my dashcam. Technicians talking trash about the product they work for. Email for the footage.
