Auto Parts Pros Review

We ordered a right front fender for a 2008 BMW X5 from Auto parts pro. We contacted the owner Dave a week later when the customer brought his car in for repairs and realized the part was incorrect, and let him know about the situation and that we would like him to send us the correct part. He would tell us repeatedly that the correct part was on the way on many occasions over the course of 3-4 weeks and now he has just been ignoring us. I have been in contact with his employee, Jake, which whom has offered us no resolution. We wanted to resolve the problem by having the correct fender sent or a full refund. We have since returned the part to Jake and was told we could only get “store credit” which is not stated on the original invoice (but the store credit is of no use to us if they are not willing to locate the part we need) at this point we would like to take our business elsewhere. He hand wrote that there is only “store credit”, which we did not agree to since it is not on the original contract. Since our first visit, they have conveniently placed a sign which states there are no refunds and only store credit would be issued (which is not stated in the original contract/invoice). We returned the fender on December 8, 2017 and the contract states clearly that a refund must be issued within 10 after returning incorrect part in the same form which we made the original payment.
