On 10/8/16 I purchased online from Aussiegardensvillage (Design Shoes) (THHBethnalGreenmk) order #8FJ-jj18866-fp965 for a pair of Aldo Casoni shoes. Order was delivered on 23rd August after email requesting status. | The order I received was not what I ordered. I immediately contacted them and told them they sent the wrong shoes and pictures to prove it. | They requested proof , even though I had sent it. | They then proceeded to try to convince me in multiple emails to keep the shoes, I could resell them and that they would give me varying % levels of refund and discounts for future orders. | They charged me shipping when it was supposed to be free according to their website “Policy” . | They refused to give me my refund unless I return the shoes which I would have to pay for the return according to their “Policy” which I told them they never followed anyways. | The return address they gave me comes up for other companies in which they have done the same:
