Illegal Collection of Federal Pell Grant Money

My Complaint: I enrolled at ATI for massage therapy school with a Pell Grant. The previous manager, George, promised a massage table during the training program in addition to the necessary tools to complete the training. I was given a uniform that was XS. I wear Small… In addition, they would not return my phone calls regarding the discrepancy. I could not continue classes… They applied for and accepted the Federal Pell Grant money. However, they did not deliver services.

My Demand: Money back or Deliver goods and services
