Complaint: this company has been probably the worst that i have ever dealt with in my life. every step of the way i felt lied to and their customer service was absolutely horrid. the person i spoke to said that they were accredited or licensed by the governemtn and work with them. i later found out that, that is a complete lie. not only are they not affiliated with the government but they are also not licensed by them. If their customer service was better i wouldn’t bother writing this but i never dealt with people more incompetent then these people. i signed up months ago and nothing has happened and i did everything i was supposed to do on my end. horrible communication. very rude people. and its like they dont know how to answer hard questions. i would think twice before doing anything with them. idk if the company itself is shady or just the person i spoke to but it all felt very deceptive to me.
