I recently bought a painting from artliquidation.com.com and the painting arrived damage and broken so I contacted them over the phone and the customer service named Denis very rude to me. I was just asking how can I return the painting since it is broken and I have already provided all picture to her showing that the painting is broken. She told me that they sent the painting in good condition and if I return it to them it’s not charge to them and they will not send another painting to me then I refused that because I want my money back and she started to get angry on me with high tone voice instead asking for apologies.
