ARS / Rescue Rooter Nashville Review

I am renovating a bathroom, going from a bath with a shower to a power room and needed some pipes caped and some moved. Walls and floor are removed and the house is on a craw space. I thought how bad could it be 2 or 3 hours for a good plumber. | I purchased all the supplies for this job and spent less than $60.00. | The esimate given was $4,300.00 for anyone without an ARS contract $3,700.00 if you have a service contract and I do for now. | My reaction to this price must have shown on my face because the plumber asked what did I think it was going to be. I said I thought if it was $1000.00 that would be too high. The plumber said he would have more then that in supplies(must be gold) | I have done this work in my younger day but thought if it $500.00 or $600.00 I would let the younger guys do. | Because of this crazy price I did the work my self and it took be a total 6 hours counting one extra trip to Lowes. | This is not the first time ARS over charged me but they will never get another chance now and I will tell everyone that would care to hear this story. | I have been in the service business for 40+ years and you can have a great business if you do good work be honnest and charge fair prices.
