ApplianceZone.com Review

ApplianceZone.com has no telephone number to call them, which should be your first clue that they are someone you don’t want to do business with. After ordering several parts to fix our cooktop, i was sent several emails stating some of the parts were on back-order. When the order was placed, they claimed all parts were in stock. I finally got all of the parts shipped after a 2 1/2 month delay. The last part shipped was not the correct part, although i did order the correct part number. | When i contacted them to have them exchange it for the correct part they claimed that their website states that if they ship the wrong part, they have to be notified within 10 days. Their website has no such disclaimer. Instead, it says if a part is damaged, they must be informed within ten days so they can make a claim against the shipping company. When i filed a BBB complaint, they told BBB that i had cancelled the order and they had refunded all my money! In reality, they charged my credit card over $400 for all the parts, including the $139 part they are refusing to exchange for the part i ordered. Appliance Zone is not a company i would ever recommend to anyone.
