I had called for my Bosch wall oven to be fixed there was an error code that said it was cooling assembly fan. I was charged 80$ for the service call and was told that if I want to continue it would be 320$ plus the cost of the part. | He advised me if he didn’t have the part he would have to order it, and that covers the labor to install there would be no extra cost other than the cost of the part so I agreed. He never had the part I paid the 320$ plus tax this was on the Friday apr 5 2019 he put back all the components he removed and screwed everything back wrong with wires hanging out and damaged my microwave that is attached to the wall oven and now my microwave is not working as well. | I’ve been calling the office everyday and finally another technician was sent to my house on Tuesday April 9 at 6:30 pm who came in stayed 5 mins and took pictures and said he doesn’t want to touch it as it was put together wrong. | I’ve been calling the office been put on hold for several mins and told someone will get back to me there waiting for the head technician to review my file in order to see what they can do by the way I also bought the part witch they told me was 320 plus they wanted another 311.00$ plus 30$ every ten mins the technician would be at my house . | Nobody as called me and my oven is still broken and now they broke my microwave wave oven and dented the face of it . I’m out in total 480$ with my oven and microwave not working it’s been since Friday apr 5 they keep telling it under review and someone will contact me bye the end of the day. Be aware people don’t use them they are a rip off with no care for your stuff.
