This has given me a very bad taste in my mouth for these companies, and I will not buy another of their computers until they find another “third party”” service provider. Well I thought just MAYBE technology had passed me by in the last hours…..and they could physically restore my computer back to Factory from where they were to get rid of a Virus that they could NOT remove in any other way!!!!
