I successfully got us forwarded to Karthik the supervisor who can issue refunds. Despite no services being rendered, the original bill of $159.00 was non-refundable until we spent over 20 minutes on the phone asking in one of a hundred different ways for the refund. The supervisor tried to trick us into accepting a flash drive in the mail and “priority support” instead of a full refund, and only agreed to refund $80.00. We did not agree on this, but the supervisor told us that he would refund the other $80.00 if we were not satisfied after the flash drive arrived. We were very unhappy at this point so we did not push. The flashdrive never arrived. We called back and requested a full refund but the same supervisor, Karthik, did not budge. We will file a complaint with BBB and our credit agency to get our money back. | Stay away from this company. Never trust tech support from Acer unless you have a warranty. And shame on Acer for enlisting the services of a company like this. Total scam.
