2011 I was reccommended by a web builder for our business to use this company for video advertising on our website. He turned out to be shady also. | I used my credit card details for a trial only – I was too busy for this type of advertising in our small business I did not wish to use it. I never did. | Each Year an annual fee is taken out of our credit card $30US although when I log into my account it says it is due to expire the following year and auto renew is turned off. So I leave it thinking great it won’t come out next year and it does. | Here we are 2015 and I have been debited each year $30US $42AU showing receipts on the account also. | I have submitted tickets each year asking to please stop debitting my account I have never used your service and it says auto renew is turned off. No response | I even got a new credit card from my bank but they keep linking it to my old card number. | They have no phone number, fax or email address nor postal address and they need to be shutdown.
