Andrew Realer from Prescott Arizona and Tucson Arizona rented a small house from us for 3 and a half years. Over this time he managed to tear up the house to where it will cost about 500.00 to fix just to rent again. Plus another at the least 1500.00 just to clean up the disaster he left in the yard. He hadn’t paid any rent not utilities for the past 6 months . Totaling out to be 1800.00 plus the the utilities gas water and electricity he never paid. Plus he ran a flagstone business out of the rent with out the necessary licenses to do so. Getting us in trouble with the Town Of Manana.
