Paid $550.. supposed to repair or replace.The insured house is NOT A NEW HOUSE.. it is insured to keep all plumbing and electric appliances working. NOTE: I have another OLD house insured.. most appliances and AC are of a ‘certain age’, which is why we keep a home warranty policy in force, to keep all plumbing and electrical devices in working condition. AFC did not VERBALLY warn of their policy. i have had other home warranty companys.. and they either repair or REPLACE appliances or A/C. | THEY OFFERED $200 FOR A STACKED WASHER/DRYER. | The goodwill amount for your stacked washer and dryer claim was $125. We have since increased that to $200.
