American Cruise Lines Review

The cruise ship America left port under adverse weather conditions (impending Hurricane) There was not boarding security. Rooms were advertized as Southern decor. The rooms were actually plain simple rooms. The prot of calls were not feaseable because of high levels on the Mississippi River. | The crew failed to adequately inform us of the changing itinerary and cancelled port calls. The cruise cost my wife and I $5100.00. We got off after 2 days because of the imcompetent actions of the crew to insure our safety and the failure to meet the agreed schedule. | I have tried unsuccessfully recoup our losses but they only offered a 1000 cruise credit for next time.

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from American Cruise Lines Review. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
