AMC Stubs Review

There was no notification when my birthday reward started and when there is a expire date. I had to call in and found out my birthday gift is going to in two more days. I spoked to a manager by the name of Parrie McConnell at the amc call center. She had horrible customer service and didn’t do anything to help me. All I ask is to extend it for a day or so. There has been many changes with amcstubs reward but they don’t do a good job on notifying anybody with the new changes.
