Althim Technologies Dallas Texas

Complaint: Althim Technologies is part of an ongoing global scam ring involved with removing non-existant malware from your computer. In short, if you happen to visit certain websites, a Flash or DHTML alert will pop up asking you to call a toll-free number to remove malware. It can appear difficult to remove this message without calling the number. Once you dial in, you’ll be redirected to “tech support”” outfits like Althim that will ask for screen sharing access to your computer. They will then install some sort of security software (likely malware)
