All American, Inc. Review

Responded to a Facebook AD on 6/26/19 for a set of 2 washer genies and paid thru Paypal. I never received a follow up email on the order, but did not notice until I started wondering what the status of my order around Aug 3, 2019. I checked my paypal activity and noticed they not only charged me for the product they also charge me another $19.95 for a “lifetime warranty” for a total of $79.89. | I tried calling and could not get thru to anybody, just got a recorded message, then a disconnect. I also sent an email and received no response. | I then filed a dispute with Paypal wanting the charges reversed since I had never received the product. Lo and behold it got mailed it out immediately, but I only received one washer genie. I then went back to the website to see how I could return the product. I followed their instructions to email them for an RMA and the email came back undeliverable. | Buyer Beware, stay clear of this company. Oh yeah, the productd is a piece of “crap”. It’s a plastic ball with holes filled with some type of horrible overpowering smelly crystal(?) substance. | P.S. Paypal is no saint in this matter either. They released the funds before the product was even shipped. And once the product was received they denied my complaint. Lesson learned, never use Paypal, they don’t have your back.
