I have had a phone through SafeLink Wireless since 2013,and am certified until the last of 2017. About a year ago they stopped giving me minutes and i have called them every month and they tell me that i will get my minutes the next day, and i never get them.At one point they had my phone locked where i could not add minutes from a card i bought,and i finally got them to unlock it.I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this.
