Complaint: RUN! Please do not waste your time, effort, or money with this company! I ordered from Alana Sky Boutique back in the beginning of May. It is now the middle of June and I have not received not one item and none of them were on back order. The owner does not respond to emails AT ALL! I became concerned and did some investigating on the actual Instagram business page. Low and behold, I’m not the only one having this issue. Someone on there actually didn’t have their items 4 months after their purchase. The owner says she doesn’t address order issues on Instagram, instructing everyone to text customer service. Following directions, that’s exactly what I did. STILL NO RESPONSE! If you complain on her site, she deletes your comment and then blocks you. I think it is absolutely disgusting that this owner takes people’s money with no intention of shipping what they ordered. A refund should be offered if the items are not received. That’s proper business. What you’re conducting is criminal activity–stealing! There is no other way to put it. I’m pretty sure if the shoe was on the other foot you would feel the same way. You’re a thief and I wish like hell I would have read more into your business before deciding to make a purchase! Anyone reading this, take a word of advice if you’re thinking about purchasing from this compaby–DONT!
