Complaint: I am paying this company $81.00 per month for internet and phone service.I am paying for 5mpbs of download speed. My upload speed is 0.35, and my download speed is 0.30. I have been having this problem for several months.The telephone is almost unusable as conversations break up. In the past two months I have sent 5 emails to email@example.com, and they have never bothered to respond.Last week I called, and a tech support person had me unplug the LAN and POE lines which I did. Of course, that lost the telephone connection that we had, and the tech support person never bothered to call me back. This is after he verified that my telephone number was a good call back number. Today I talked to someone in tech support. We went through all types of possible fixes. Nothing worked. The result was the UL and DL speeds mentioned above. She told me she would put a high priority on this and someone would call me Monday – three days from now!I will never recommend Airebeam to anyone.
