My company accidentally ordered the same piece of equipment twice from this company. The refund for the duplicate order was never processed. It was never sent to us, so it’s not like we even got more than what we ordered or paid for. Thankfully, PayPal processed the refund for us, as it as almost $300. | We also ordered a second piece of equipment, and they just never shipped it to us. When we tried to contact them about it, they blocked our email address and phone number. No refund, no merchandise sent, no explanation. | Oddly, we did receive one of the two items we ordered. It was a 12-foot camera crane. The craftsmanship is unbelieveably poor. The “paint” immediately started peeling off and already was severely scuffed upon arrival. I was able to speak to a sales representative BEFORE making the purchase (of course), and they also misrepresented the features of the device. | I don’t want anyone else to go through this, and this appears to be a company completely based online, so other than filing a complaint with the FTC I don’t know what else to do. I hope this report saves someone else from the disappointment I have experienced.
